Communications Manager/Senior Writer
Gina Duclayan is a communications manager/senior writer in the Office of Strategic Communications. She writes the Population Council’s triennial research newsletter, Population Briefs, as well as the narrative section of the annual report, print and radio public service advertisements, and other materials. Prior to joining the Council, she was managing editor of Today’s Science on File, a science news digest for high school students.
Duclayan received a B.S. in English from Central Connecticut State University.
