Theo Spencer

Theo Spencer is principal at Spencer Environmental Consulting, helping nonprofits and philanthropic organizations create a larger and more sustained impact on a range of environmental and philanthropic issues. He previously served for 18 years as senior advocate at the Natural Resources Defense Council’s Climate and Clean Air Program.

As a former reporter at Fortune magazine, Spencer has worked with the financial community to raise awareness about risks posed by climate change, and opportunities in clean energy investment.
