Gisele Kaboré coordinates projects for the Council in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
A social psychologist with extensive experience in research, project management, and monitoring and evaluation, Kaboré has provided research and technical support to national and international institutions and community-based organizations, including the World Bank, Initiative privée et communautaire de lutte contre le VIH/SIDA, Programme de marketing social des condoms (PROMACO), Population Services International, ABBEF, Danish Cooperation, Swiss Cooperation, and others.
Before joining the Council in 2004, Kaboré was an independent consultant, conducting research on reproductive health and HIV/AIDS. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social psychology from the University of Abidjan.
