Aaron Feo

Aaron Feo serves as Senior Director of Human Resources & Global Administration, where he leads the Council’s global HR and administrative functions. This is the most senior HR role in the organization, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and align talent strategies with business goals.

With over 15 years of progressive leadership at the Council, Feo has spearheaded transformative programs in global compensation and benefits, performance management, and leadership development. He has led global workforce planning efforts, modernized recruitment and onboarding processes, and championed initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency across international offices.

Feo plays a key role in enterprise oversight, contributing to leadership committees and the Council’s global enterprise risk management program.

Prior to joining the Council, Feo held HR roles in the private and NGO sectors. He received his MBA from Wagner College and BA from Binghamton University.
