Theophilus Tosin Ajibade has been working on Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation family planning projects. He is responsible for building the capacity of community pharmacies, frontline health workers, and patent medicine vendors in the use of mobile DHIS2 for a family planning project in Southwest and Southeast states. He oversees research, reporting of routine services statistics, and timely submission to the NHMIS, and manages the database for capturing and processing routine data collected through project management information systems. He identifies gaps in the monitoring system and provides quick solutions to ensure optimal data and organizes data review meetings, DQA, and other indicator-monitoring activities.

Ajibade’s expertise includes project management and design, policy review, monitoring and evaluation plans, operations research and other evidence products, data collection and analytical approaches, capacity-building, synthesizing findings, sharing learning, and applying findings.

He holds a master of science in sociology from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
