Meredith Kozak

Meredith Kozak is the project manager and a data analyst for the Evidence for Gender and Education Resource (EGER). Based in New York, Kozak has worked at the Council for four years, where she primarily focuses on developing digital resources for researchers and decisionmakers who want to drive progress in the lives of adolescents. As a co-creator of EGER, Kozak currently manages and contributes to the production of EGER research products, supports EGER’s donor advisory group, oversees the day-to-day operations of EGER’s work portfolio, and builds partnerships between EGER and the girls’ education community.

Prior to joining the Council, Kozak received a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in public and social policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research focused on applied behavioral economics and welfare analysis and measurement. Kozak has also collaborated with local public officials, NGOs, INGOs, and other development actors to provide health and life-skills programming to adolescent girls, while serving as a preventive health educator with Peace Corps Senegal.
