Please join the District of Columbia Center for AIDS Research (DC CFAR) Community Partnership Council’s (CPC) 13th Annual Community-wide virtual Research Update! The goal of this event is to bring the community researchers, community members, advocates, and providers together to discuss new findings from the 2025 Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (CROI). Experts will provide research updates and engage with the community on some of the latest findings, opportunities, and resources.

The seminar will feature presentations from Amanda Castel (George Washington University) on DoxyPEP Eligibility, Use, and Potential for STI Reduction in a Large HIV Cohort in Washington, DC and  Ann Gottert (Population Council) and Barbara A. Friedland (Population Council) on Multipurpose Vaginal Rings: Preferences from a National Discrete Choice Survey with US Women. Following these presentations, community representatives including Phillip White and Lindsay Saber will respond and share their perspectives.
